Files stored in the CleanUp iPhone vault are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are stored securely on your device and protected by Face ID or Touch ID. We cannot access your vault contents or encryption keys.

When data must be transmitted (such as analytics or crash reports), we use secure HTTPS connections with TLS encryption.
3.4 Optional Cloud Backup
If you enable cloud backup for your vault (premium feature), encrypted files are uploaded to secure cloud storage (AWS, Google Cloud). Files remain encrypted with keys only you possess. We cannot decrypt or access backed-up files.
3.5 Data Retention

- Crash Reports: Retained for 12 months
- Account Information: Retained until you delete your account
